Pet Policy

At Sierra Ridge, we love pets and are happy to welcome them into our community. However, we also have a responsibility to ensure the well-being of all our residents, including those who don't have pets. Additional pet and animal guidelines are provided.

Maximum Number of Pets: 2
Maximum Weight: No weight restrictions
Pet Rent: $30 per pet or $50 for 2 pets
Pet Deposit (refundable): $250 per pet
Pet One-Time Fee (nonrefundable): $300 per pet, $100 for 2nd pet

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.
