Pet Policy

At Sierra Ridge, we love pets and are happy to welcome them into our community. However, we also have a responsibility to ensure the well-being of all our residents, including those who don't have pets. Additional pet and animal guidelines are provided. We allow up to two pets per apartment and accept the most common household pets, including dogs and cats. We reserve the right to deny any pet that may be deemed aggressive or dangerous to our community, and this includes breed restrictions. One time fee of $300 Cats and dogs are allowed. Pet rent is $35 for first pet and $50 for the second. We require a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300 for one pet or $400 for two total pets.
